Dr. Alan Delgado went to Sam Houston State University where he majored in instrumental music and premed. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1972. His first office was founded that year in Huntsville, Texas. Dr. Delgado relocated the office to Pasadena, Texas in 1975.
In 1988 he began service on the Texas Chiropractic College Board of Regents remaining there for the maximum of two terms. He is a member of Texas Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Delgado is one of the first chiropractors certified to perform Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) with astounding results in the late 1980’s.
Dr. Delgado has endeavored to remain on the cutting edge in order to make available to those in his community the latest, safest treatment technologies available so that they may experience a more fulfilling lifestyle. He was the first doctor in his area to provide internationally respected Pettibon spinal correction exercise protocols. Then in 2006, he was the first doctor in his area to provide Nonsurgical Spinal Disc Decompression technology. He has continued post graduate treatment and technique courses through various chiropractic colleges. Dr. Delgado was certified in 2011 in Neurologic Relief Center Technique (NCRT) for control of sever, long standing migraine headaches in its many forms, fibromyalgia, etc., without the use of mostly ineffective, dangerous drugs.
